Acclime
Acclime, an Asia-based corporate services provider has bought Jai Financial Pte in Singapore, growing Acclime’s Singapore staff strength less than a year after opening business in the jurisdiction.

JaiFin, founded by James Ient seven years ago, it is led by managing partner Jasmine Seet. Seet continues to be responsible for the JaiFin client portfolio within Acclime; Ient takes on the role of non-executive chairman of Acclime Singapore, the groups said in a statement.
