The latest transactions involving wealth management and related businesses in Asia-Pacific.

Acclime, a corporate services provider in Asia, announced yesterday that a cluster of five business have been integrated with its organisation.

The groups, all based in Hong Kong, are Ander Consulting (HK), BPO Global Services, Edtoma Corporate Services, Macaw Corporate Services and WHA Services.  

The companies have operated as one team during the last two years since becoming part of Acclime. However, until now, the acquired businesses traded as separate legal entities, under independent licenses from the Trust and Companies Services Provider licensing regime operated by the Hong Kong Companies Registry. 

With the amalgamation completed, the 40 employees in Acclime Hong Kong can operate in Hong Kong as one business and one brand, allowing for increased efficiency in performance and operational control.

The TCSP licensing regime has only been operating in Hong Kong since 2018.
