Media reports have said that the bank might sell this business to funds distribution platform Allfunds, a business that has expanded into Asia recently.

Credit Suisse is in "advanced" talks about the future of investment product platform InvestLab, responding to media coverage that it would sell the business to the wealth tech firm Allfunds this week.

“Credit Suisse is in advanced discussions regarding strategic alternatives to support the further development of Credit Suisse InvestLab, although no final decision has been made,” the bank said in a statement yesterday.

The Zurich-listed bank made no further comments about the matter.

Allfunds is a Europe-based funds distribution platform which has recently branched out into the Asian market. The firm, which is owned by Hellman and Friedman and GIC, is seen as aiming to become “the Amazon of the funds world”. (See comments from the firm here.)
