Chinese Universities With Richest Alumni - Report

Wealth managers looking to build networks for potential new clients in China might want to consider a list ranking universities for having produced the most millionaire and billionaire students.

A Chinese news service has ranked those universities proving to be most successful as cradles of future high-fliers in business. Tsinghua University has the most number of billionaires among its alumni, according to the ChinaDaily.com publication.

The figures were based on data drawn from sources such as the Hurun Rich List and latest Fortune 500 Rich List, the publication said.

Peking University and Zhejiang University have the second and third most billionaire alumni in China respectively. Other universities are: Fundan University (4); Shanghai Jiaotong University (5); Renmin University of China (6); Sun Yat-Sen University (7);  South China University of Technology (8), Wuhan University (9th), and  Sichuan University (10).
