Change Of Leadership In Greater China For Global Property Consultancy

The global property consultancy has a new head of its Greater China business.

Global property consultancy firm Knight Frank, which regularly issues reports on the health of real estate markets and tracks conditions in wealth management centres, has appointed Piers Brunner as the new chief executive for Greater China, based in Hong Kong. He starts his new role on 28 October.

Brunner takes over from Colin Fitzgerald who will relocate to London in November after spending 12 years in Hong Kong. In his new role in London, Fitzgerald will be responsible for managing the firm’s relationship with its US alliance partner, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Prior to joining Knight Frank, Brunner worked for Colliers for 20 years. Most recently, he was the chief executive for Colliers’ Asia operations, managing 30 offices in 14 countries. Brunner has lived in Hong Kong for 16 years. Before moving to the jurisdiction, Brunner spent four years in Jakarta with Colliers International.
