Change At Top Of France's Crédit Agricole CIB

Crédit Agricole CIB – the corporate and investment bank of Crédit Agricole – partners with Indosuez Wealth Management, which is the group's global wealth management brand. Together, they created a private investment banking division.
Paris-headquartered Crédit Agricole CIB, part of Crédit Agricole, has changed its governance setup. As part of this, it has appointed Stéphane Ducroizet as deputy chief executive in charge of financing activities, as of 1 November.
Natacha Gallou, who joined Indosuez in 1992, will take over Ducroizet’s previous role of senior regional officer for the Americas, while Eric de Lambilly will replace Gallou as head of risk and permanent control.
De Lambilly, who joined Crédit Agricole Indosuez in 1997, reports functionally to Jean-François Balaÿ, and hierarchically to Valérie Wanquet, the group chief risk officer.
Ducroizet began his career in 1993 at Crédit Lyonnais’ corporate banking groups in Paris. After serving in a series of roles, in 2021, he became deputy general manager in charge of risk and permanent control and then senior regional officer for the Americas region at the end of 2022.

At the start of this September, Indosuez Wealth Management said that its Swiss entity had completed the acquisition of Banque Thaler, of which it now holds 100 per cent of the capital.
Crédit Agricole will be announcing its third-quarter financial results on 30 October.
