Bank Of Singapore Appoints Greater China, Hong Kong Market Head
The newly-appointed figure has worked at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Private Banking, Citibank and Deutsche Bank. BoS has made a number of appointments in recent months.
Bank of Singapore has appointed Canis Chi as market head of Greater China, Hong Kong.
Chi reports to Rickie Chan, head of private banking, Greater China, and CEO of the Hong Kong branch.
With more than two decades’ experience, Chi had worked at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Private Banking, where she spent 10 years. She has also worked at Deutsche Bank and Citibank.
Chi holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Simon Fraser University.
In recent appointments, BoS named former Credit Suisse senior figure Karthik Shenoy as its new head of platforms and transformation in the lender’s chief operating office. Shenoy, based in Singapore, reports to COO, Jacky Ang.
