Baird Adds Advisors In Chicago, Denver

The wealth management firm has a presence across the US.
Baird, the US wealth and financial services group, has brought over The Dahl Pennise Group to join its Chicago office. It has also appointed a senior figure in Denver.
In Chicago, Eric Dahl and Tim Pennise will both serve in the role of vice president, financial advisor. They are joined by client specialist Kate Johnson.
Dahl brings nearly 20 years of experience to Baird, most recently serving as a VP and financial advisor at UBS. Prior to that, Dahl spent 10 years at Bernstein Global Wealth Management where he was a VP and financial advisor in its Chicago office. Earlier in his career, he worked for the US Department of Justice in Washington, DC.
Pennise joins Baird with over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, most recently serving as a vice president and financial advisor at UBS. He graduated magna cum laude from Bucknell University with a degree in accounting. Like Dahl, he also worked as a financial advisor with Bernstein Global Wealth Management, and began his career at Deloitte & Touche. Pennise also has experience in investment banking, having executed capital raises for private and public companies in the Investment Banking division at William Blair.
Separately, Baird has added David Burchfield, SVP, financial advisor, to its Denver wealth management office. Burchfield brings more than 20 years of experience to the firm, joining from Charles Schwab where he was a senior investment consultant.
Baird’s Private Wealth Management business, which encompasses more than 1,300 financial advisors serving clients from over 160 locations in 33 states, has client assets of more than $200 billion.
