BNP Paribas WM Makes Senior Investment Funds Appointment
The newly-appointed figure, based in Singapore, comes to the wealth management side of the French bank after six years at its asset management business.
BNP Paribas Wealth Management has appointed Adrien Lalau as head of investment funds advisory in Asia, this publication can confirm.
Lalau rejoins the wealth management side of the French bank after six years at BNP Paribas Asset Management, where he was in charge of funds distribution to private banks and family offices in Asia and the Middle East, according to a memo seen by this news service.
Based in Singapore, Lalau will report to Shafali Sachdev, head of investment services, APAC, at BNP Paribas Wealth Management.
Before this role, Lalau was an investment counsellor for BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Singapore, covering family offices and international markets clients in Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He graduated with honours in 2009 from Reims Management School with a master’s of science in management.
