BNP Paribas Confirms Thailand Wealth Management Leadership Change

The French bank confirmed a change at the top of its wealth management business in the Southeast Asian country.
BNP Paribas Wealth Management confirmed that the present chief executive for Thailand is going to be the interim country wealth head.
Somlak Tinmanee will be interim CEO of BNP Paribas Securities Thailand. This role will run alongside her position as head of territory Thailand and CEO of Bangkok branch.
In other news about the French bank, it was recently quoted as saying that an increasing number of European clients want to set up family offices in Hong Kong and exploit the region’s opportunities.
Concerning its second-quarter results, issued in July, BNP Paribas said assets under management across the group rose by 6 per cent from the end of 2025, and the wealth management side accounted for 21 per cent of the AuM total, equating to €543.4 billion ($631.2 billion).
