Asia's Raffles Family Office Hires Senior Figues In Hong Kong, Singapore

Both of the newly-appointed figures, who joined in May, have extensive banking experience.
Raffles Family Office, the Asian group, has appointed two senior figures: Daniel Lai and Eileen Wee, based in Hong Kong and Singapore, respectively.
Lai, who is executive director and head of wealth planning for Greater China, joined the firm at the end of May. Previously, he was with DBS Private Bank. Lai has also worked at financial services firms in Hong Kong including HSBC Private Bank and Standard Chartered Private Bank, RFO confirmed to this news service when asked.
Wee, who also joined in May, has been appointed as executive director, head of wealth planning for Southeast Asia. She is experienced in working with UHNW clients, relationship managers and external professional firms across Southeast Asia and Greater China. Her career includes working at UBS, Credit Suisse, HSBC Trustee Singapore, and DBS Private Banking.
In October last year, as reported here, RFO added to its Hong Kong team.
In April, RFO launched the Raffles Family Office Foundation, an entity that puts RFO’s philanthropic activities under a single platform.
