Arcis Capital Partners Acquires Real Estate Investment Firm

The US-based investment house has strengthened its expertise in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
Arcis Capital Partners, an investment advisory, investment banking, and investment management firm, has acquired Greston Partners, a real estate investment advisory and asset management firm, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will see Greston principal Mohi Monem join ArcisCap as partner and head of its real estate and hospitality investments business. He will be based at ArcisCap's recently established Atlanta office.
Before Greston, Monem led the hospitality investment platform at State General Reserve Fund, the sovereign wealth fund of Oman. He previously served as vice president at Dubai Investment Group, where he was responsible for investment and asset management for a multi-billion dollar global real estate and hospitality portfolio.
“We are delighted to integrate Greston Partners into our business and Mohi as a partner to lead our real estate and hospitality investments business,” said Afzal Tarar, chairman and managing partner of AricsCap.
“Mohi's global track record, diverse perspective and deep capital and sector relationships will significantly add to ArcisCap's capabilities in growing our real estate and hospitality investments business. Given our investors' strong appetite for US real estate investments, Mohi will be pivotal in accelerating our deal sourcing and investments in various sectors, including student housing, hospitality, mixed-use, and industrial.”
Arcis specializes in the US private equity, venture capital, real estate and merger and acquisition transactions, with a focus on investors from Greater China and the Middle East.
