AllianceBernstein Extends Trading Platform To UK, Hong Kong

AllianceBernstein, the New York-based asset management firm, has deployed business software provider Portware’s
Enterprise trading platform in the
UK and
Hong Kong. The move follows its successful implementation of the product in the

US.

"Portware Enterprise meets our trading and workflow requirements, while the system's open architecture means we can customise to meet our specific trading and compliance needs.  Portware offers international support, with teams in London and Hong Kong that can work closely with our local traders and IT personnel,” Michael Schwartz, chief operating officer of global equity trading at AllianceBernstein.
