The bank has a new CEO for the Southeast Asian nation.

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group has appointed one of its senior managers, Jodi West, as chief executive for its Vietnam operation. She reports to Farhan Faruqui, ANZ group executive in the international business.

She takes the helm from Ha Bach, who has been the interim CEO since March this year, according to Bach’s Linkedin profile.    

West joined ANZ in 2015 as head of institutional foreign exchange sales for Australia. Prior to ANZ, she held roles in the forex and commodity sales team at Citigroup and Barclays, and was also head of corporate and institutional market sales at National Australia Bank.
