Sinha joins from the family law firm Vardags in London, where he was a senior associate and advised high and ultra high net worth clients on cases such as onshore and offshore trusts, companies, remuneration structures and tax planning. Leung steps in from Hong Kong-based law firm Haldanes, where she was an assistant solicitor for the matrimonial practice and worked on high profile family cases.

In April 2013, the company hired five lawyers and this year in April appointed Samantha Gershon to strengthen its Asian family practice.
The firm opened in Hong Kong in 2008. In 2012, it opened in Singapore.
