Franklin Templeton, SBI
US-headquartered Franklin Templeton has agreed with Japan’s SBI Holdings to create a joint venture in Japan. SBI provides services including securities, asset management, banking, and insurance.

The proposed JV will blend Franklin Templeton's suite of investment products including exchange-traded funds, and its experience in digital assets, with SBI's capabilities in distribution, integrated financial services capabilities and reach in the Japanese market.
